Safety in the workplace is everyone’s responsibility.

All levels of supervision are responsible for maintaining safe working conditions, instructing their employees in the safe performance of assigned tasks, and ensuring that the tools and equipment in their workplace are maintained and operated in a safe manner. Additionally, each supervisor is responsible to inform each employee within their area of TS&M Supply’s health and safety requirements and to assure that each employee understands them.

All employees have a personal responsibility to understand, promote, and follow safe practices to ensure that their actions will not cause injury to themselves or to others. Safety and health will only be achieved through teamwork. Everyone must join together in promoting safety and health and taking every reasonable measure to assure safe working conditions in the company.
